PRIVACY POLICY & DATA SECURITY PROTOCOL
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
Legend Enterprises, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates a high-performance managed server infrastructure and web hosting deployment network. This Privacy Policy explicitly defines how our infrastructure loops collect, secure, utilize, and process personal data and corporate telemetry when you browse our platform, activate an isolated server slot, or communicate with our helpdesk terminals.
1. Information We Collect and Process
To provision, manage, and automate your cloud infrastructure workspaces, we process the following categories of data:
- Identity & Account Metadata: Corporate name, primary point-of-contact details, email addresses, and physical business billing coordinates required for server routing.
- Network & Infrastructure Telemetry: IP addresses, browser configurations, domain name system (DNS) mappings, and account creation logs needed to register secure server nodes.
- Transactional Ledger Data: To process payments, our system passes billing parameters directly to our secure merchant processor (Stripe). We do not collect, view, or store raw credit card numbers or sensitive verification codes on our local server hard drives. All data is securely tokenized.
2. How Data Flows Through Our Architecture
Your business information is strictly utilized to operate your infrastructure on our dedicated box. We use your data to:
- Automatically spin up secure CloudLinux-isolated hosting profiles via the WHM API.
- Route support updates, security notifications, and automated billing invoices cleanly into your client panel.
- Monitor and isolate network resources via Imunify360 to prevent brute-force system degradation.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Compliance
Legend Enterprises, Inc. does not sell, lease, or distribute your corporate data grids to advertising networks. Your data only passes through trusted infrastructure channels necessary to maintain service automation, specifically: our secure merchant processor (Stripe and Authorize.net) and our domain registry links.
4. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Our managed hosting products and automated server systems are engineered strictly for corporate business entities, independent developers, and professional agencies. We do not intentionally target, market to, or collect data logs from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age, adhering fully to global child privacy protection frameworks.
